Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you fall in love with your purchase; however, should you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, please note that we will accept returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn. We cannot accept returns on any panties, briefs, or bodysuits.

Please note: 

Please return your parcel as soon as you receive your return paperwork.

Any returns received in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Any unauthorized order returned to the warehouse will be returned to the customer.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please get in touch with our customer service before returning it.

We will send a confirmation once your return is processed. Please note that refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Refunds: 

Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt to allow inspection of the original payment method (credit card, gift voucher, or Paypal account). You will receive an email once your order has been fully refunded. We cannot facilitate refunds to a third party.

How to return an item:

  1. Please check the Returns Exchange/Conditions in the first place.

  2. Please get in touch with customer services via email, 

  3. Carefully fold the items with all tags attached.

  4. Pack using the original packaging and box.

  5. You will have to pay for the return shipping. Please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely, as we will not accept returned goods damaged in transit
